A horticulture farm manager oversees and manages the cultivation, growing and maintenance of vegetables, fruits, berries, nuts, and other crops.
They work all year round helping to prepare soils for seeding before the season, and everything through to the post-harvest clean up.
The farm manager is a hands-on role which relies heavily on communication with other managers to ensure the crops are tracking as intended.
